We deliver all over Pakistan.
Orders can be shipped to home addresses, offices, or preferred locations.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your city/location.
Remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer free delivery on selected promotions or order values.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please ensure you provide a correct phone number and address for smooth delivery.
Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking ID via SMS or email (if available).
You can track your parcel through the courier service provider.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

- Courier service issues
- Public holidays or high order volume

8. Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
Re-delivery may require additional charges.

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
