- Change of mind (unless you choose to allow this)
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos as proof via WhatsApp or email.
- We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers may request exchange for:
- Size issues
- Wrong item received
- Customers may need to pay delivery charges for exchanges (optional—your choice).
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in case of:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect item delivered
- Refunds may be processed via:
- Bank transfer
- Mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash)
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.
